An integral part of our Property Management Division (www.SwallowsPropertyManagement.com) is working closely with realtors in the industry to offer Rental & Property Management Services to many real estate businesses who focus on sales alone.
When you have listings that are not selling, or absentee owners out of state, we can help you, help your client. With not only our exceptional and professional services, but also giving you credibility with your client, and also attractive financial rewards through our referral program.
Broadly, our terms for referrals are that we pay a referral fee or commission for all the following:
- A $100 Referral Fee for a new owner for property management and leasing services, where we secure a long-term management contact and place a qualified tenant in the property.
- Referral of tenant who (after you as their agent have shown the property) completes an application, is qualified and approved and signs a binding long-term lease for rental of one of our properties.
We offer a listing guarantee that in the event the owner you referred to us, later wishes to sell the property, we will refer them back to you for the sales listing. Thus your listing and your client protected!
Therefore, We work with you, not as your competition!
Our experience shows that agents who work with our referral program benefit not just financially. Your client's perception of you is enhanced for offering a professional service through us that you can't readily provide yourself. Your client will feel secure knowing you, as their realtor; will deal with them in the future if they wish to sell.

Note: All referral fees are paid to your broker once an Owner has signed an Owner Agreement and we have successfully listed the property in our system.
If requesting a commission for a tenant introduction, you must have shown the property while representing your client.
